Your Initial assessment

Please email song files or links (Youtube, SoundCloud, etc.) and music background to [email protected], and we will get back to you regarding scheduling.

 Note, your booking is not confirmed until both 1) the date and time of your session have been coordinated and 2) your Paypal payment is received.

 

SERIES

All series are for consecutive weeks in the same time slot only. A ten-week series expires after 11 weeks. In a 10 week series, you may have a cancellation without charge. A 20-week series expires after 22 weeks and may have two cancelations without charge.

Your lesson time is reserved for you and others will be turned away for that time so please schedule carefully.

An initial assessment once booked, can only be rescheduled once if a minimum of 24 hrs notice has been given and must be rescheduled within ten days of original booking. No exceptions. There are no refunds.

 

RUNNING LATE?

If you think you are running late, please email [email protected]or text 310.460.8090 to let us know.

 

 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you fail to give 24hr-notice, you will be charged the same price for your lesson. Time is very limited, and early notice is needed to replace your slot. If you email or text asking to postpone or reschedule you will still be charged. Thank you for your consideration.
